QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS OPERATED FOR GYNECO-MAMMARY CANCER

Introduction : Quality of life (QOL) has become an important part the medical decision along with efficacy and safety treatment. Cancer is a chronic disease that affects quality patients from which idea evaluating QOL treated in service. This descriptive cross-sectional study carried out at Mohamed VI center for treatment cancers Ibn Rochd Hospital Casablanca over period one year. Results In our study, was evaluated by Moroccan Arabic dialect version adapted validated to context survey (FACT), servey divided into 5 modules (localization cancer): breast, cervix, endometrium, ovary vulva . Based on results this we can conclude localization cancer does not affect patients, besides concept primordial element, useful choice therapeutic decisions, evaluation different anticancer treatments still rehabilitation cancer.
